Academic Affairs department of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine is a department in charge with undergraduate and junior undergraduates affairs, its functions are the followings, to formulate school teaching plan and teaching regulations, research and propose school teaching development program and speciality arrangement and teaching reform as well as implementing and drawing annual enrollment; organize the colleges formulating and implementing teaching plan courses teaching guideline and teaching documents, coordinating teaching works and related works of partner teaching program; draw up school calendar and arrange teaching course and manage undergraduate and junior undergraduates school roll, such as credit management, degree and academic certification, student's identity card, and school badge; organize the edition of reference and evaluation of teaching works and with responsibility for booking and publication and supply of textbooks as well as organizing lab construction and lab teaching reforms; formulate the internship plan of undergraduate and junior undergraduate, assisting each colleges internship;? organize teaching reform research and implement key teaching reform program, and manage the establishment , declaration, complication and identification of projects.
