Finance Department of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine is directly under the leadership of the university CPC with responsibility for implementation of the Economic Policy, Financial Regulations and Accounting system, schedule of university’s financial budget, and for drawing school financial management regulation to maintain the school Economic steadily developed. The primary duty of finance department is to implement CPC and state financial policy, regulation and supervision’s financial system and regulation, and in accordance with school condition to formulate financial regulations on management; in accordance with Allocation of funds from supervision and the school financial resource, to formulate financial annual funds budget for balance of finance; to rise funds for education and increase investment to education; to implement management of daily revenue and spending, submit an expense account and checks on charge; to with responsibility for management of funds on education, research, extra budget and school funds, exchange and escrow funds to ensure funds properly applied; with responsibility for management of division’s finance and working staff; to formulate regular financial accounting reports to master funds utility.
