Personnel department of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine is a organization for developing, managing and school human resource and application. The primary duty of Personnel department is to implement the guideline and policy of CPC and state on personnel works and to formulate the regulations on the school personnel management; with responsibility for setting positions, and formulate the staff models and recruitment plan; with responsibility for allocation, introduction, cultivation and application of school human resource as well as ex-servicemen arrangement; with responsibility for management of school personnel agent and staff by contract as well as examination and appraisal of labor; with responsibility for management and verification of all the faculty and staff’ salary, allowance, premium and bonus; with responsibility for all the faculty and staff’s evaluation, verification and recruitment and implement reward-penalty system; with responsibility for the evaluation, recruitment and management on cadres; with responsibility for handling all the faculty and staff’s leave, retirement and resign, and assisting related department in handling subsidy on the relatives of decedents and disabled people for business, and evaluation on the disability; with responsibility for organization of inspection and approval on staff abroad; with responsibility for personnel archives of faculty and staff and professional technician and of collection and arrangement of personnel documents.
